Inspired by this principle, the TAPASYA National 90 Centre has been established under the guidance of the Principal and management of National P.G. College, Lucknow. The initiative provides free preparation for competitive exams such as UPSC, UPPSC, RO, NDA, CDS, PGT, and TGT — reflecting the college’s commitment to the holistic development of its Undergraduate and Postgraduate students.

The Department of Geography has a long-standing tradition of excellence, having offered S-20 classes for UGC NET, Civil Services, and other competitive exams since 2003. Alongside this, the department also runs the “Earn While You Learn” scheme, offering paid internships to students. However, this marks the first time a dedicated centre has been established under the Principal’s direct guidance — helping students cut through the overwhelming clutter of coaching options, YouTube channels, and AI-generated study material, while also reducing the financial burden of expensive private coaching.
